Physiatrist​

Dr. Raffi Balian is the Founder and Medical Director of Hill Medical Center. He completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Ottawa, Canada. He is the Medical Director of the Acute Rehab Unit at the Dignity Health Glendale Memorial Hospital, and a Qualified Medical Examiner (QME) since 2019. His greatest strengths are his attention to detail and compassion for the wellbeing of his patients. He speaks Armenian, Arabic, and French.
